Choosing Your Steak

The best cuts for grilling are:

  • Ribeye – Rich, marbled, full of flavor
  • New York Strip – Tender with a nice fat cap
  • Filet Mignon – Extremely tender, leaner

What You Need

  • Steak of your choice (1-1.5 inches thick)
  • Coarse salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
